Important Updates

Greetings, Due to the UN General Assembly Debate in session, we will be changing our pickup and drop off location to Weill Medical, located at 1300 York Ave. starting Tuesday, September 24th thru Friday, September 27th. We will NOT be servicing the Cornell Club or the F-Train stops. If you are Scheduled for one of these stops, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will resume regular service on 9/28/2024.


* Due to credit card fees associated with sale and refund transactions, the $10 per seat cancelation fee will be reinstated beginning July 17, 2023. Cancelations outside the 8-hour departure can be avoided by modifying the trip date(s). Any cancelations or modifications (except pickup/drop-off locations or seat assignments) within 8 hours of a departure will incur a $30 fee.

Cornell University procurement cards (PCards) cannot be used for transportation purposes. Please book all department travel using an account number.

Due to TSA regulations, C2C Package Service is limited to Cornell University departments.

A photo ID matching the name on the reservation must be presented to the driver before boarding.

We ask that passengers refrain from traveling if they are ill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Cornell Club is for members only and does not accommodate C2C passengers.
